Denise is a certified executive coach and also provides consulting, coaching, and workshops for businesses, boards, medical, and faith-based organizations. Her career spans 25 years of senior leadership and management positions in the Tech industry, building and leading international teams primarily focused on leadership and development and corporate education offerings for customers, partners, and employees. 

Denise holds a BA in Biology from SMU and an M.Ed. degree in Organization Performance, Learning, and Change from Colorado State University. 

As a lifelong learner, she has participated in executive programs at Stanford and Cornell Universities, and many corporate and commercial programs focused on leadership, management, and professional growth.

She resides in southern Morgan Hill with Arvie, husband of 30 years, empty nester doodles Brandy and Whiskey and remains a mom to four adult children even though they are quite competent. 

Denise brings a ton of experience with her to Leadership Gilroy and we are delighted to have her aboard!!
