For over 25 years, Leadership Gilroy has been developing leaders who are passionate about their community. With more than 500 alumni since our inception in 1998, our program continues to build a network of individuals who are informed, connected and ready to lead.
Participants don’t just learn. They are given a back stage pass to all things Gilroy and experience Gilroy firsthand. From local government to education, public safety, to community impact, each program day offers a behind-the-scenes look at what makes our city thrive.
